Let us say goodbye to youth
“It’s hard to reunite, I think.” I typed these words and heavily hit key of enter. A sense of sadness covered me, I was a little dizzy.
“You will not come back to G city anymore?” Wuray asked me with an astonished expression.
“Maybe, my presents are in K city, even I have a vacation, I will go to K, but not G city.”
Yes, we grow up, we will graduate, we will begin to work, and we will separate. Those who accompany me on the way of youth, they will stop at different stations and begin different lives. So I always think that growth is not good. Every time when I bring my mind to my 18 years old birthday party, I feel growth is really not a good thing.
I didn’t have a nice Quinceanera Dress, but I had a gang of sincere friends, my beloved parents and other relatives, I was happy and satisfactory. I remembered Leon-my first boyfriend, Catherine, Lurie–my best girl friends, and other good friends: Jone, Wuray, Josie, Cook, and Cici came to celebrate for me. I received many gifts, of which most were plush dolls- I was just a little girl then. And the most moving one was from Catherine- a letter. She said in letter:”Maggie, mum asked me what I should buy for you as your birthday present, I said nothing, we do not need any material things to show anything, we have sincere heart for each other, that’s enough, do you think so? And my present for you are four words: happy, brave, strong, and independent. I believe you can do and gain it. Come on, we are tighter forever.” Lurie also said to me:”Maggie, you are always my self-willed princess, but I love you.” Yes, I was absolutely the princess at that night, though I did not have a Quinceanera dress, I did not wear an elegant princess crown. For me, that night was unforgettable all my life.
But it had gone. Our youth had gone. We have grown up. Every time when Lurie plays a joke with me:”Maggie, we are old.” I feel upset. But that’s the truth, and we must face up with it. We have grown up, we can still purely happy.

of Huaqing West, I was astonished. Eve is my primary school classmate, I do not know how she can recognize me in the crowd, we have not seen each other nearly 11 years. That’s really a miracle! And her attire sets off her an elegant lady with exquisite prom dress on an evening party. She does not change.
